Carpet Cleaning

Here at White Glove, we believe in doing things right the first time or we simply won't do it. We are IICRC-certified and use only the best equipment. We clean carpet the right way so that you get the absolute best results. Here are the steps that we take to keep your carpet looking good:

• Step 1:
  Fully vacuum the carpet and edges with a good commercial upright vacuum. Did you know that with a properly maintained vacuum cleaner, you can vacuum up 74% of all dry dirt in your carpet? This is why we take our time and vacuum thoroughly before we even start the hot water extraction process.
• Step 2:
  Pre-treat all carpeting by spraying it with a mix of detergent and 250-degree water. This method means the soap is sprayed on only once and it is sprayed on hot, which is more effective at loosening dirt particles embedded in carpet fibers.
• Step 3:
  Clean the carpeting and rinse all of the soap out using a rotary extractor. Unlike many other carpet cleaners, we do not use wands because our rotary extractors lift a lot more soil and remove more water, meaning your carpet dries faster – within about four hours after we leave!
• Step 4:
  Apply ScotchgardTM to your carpeting, which provides a protective barrier on the fibers to help prevent normal wear and tear and makes cleaning spills easier.
• Step 5:
  Move furniture back and place foam blocks underneath all furniture legs to prevent potential stains from wood furniture that might occur from sitting on a wet surface for an extended period of time.
• Step 6:
  Groom the carpet using a grooming rake. This lifts all the carpet fibers so they are standing straight up which helps expedite the drying process.
